Who makes launch films for towers and master communities?
[MC] Studios. We are architects first, so the film starts from the building and its site, not from stock footage. Shahrukhz II for Danube Properties and GREEnz in Dubai are recent examples, each made by the same team that designed the project. See it
Can the same team design the building and make the visuals?
Yes. [MC] Studios designs towers, master communities and interiors, and makes the images and films for them. Nothing gets lost between an architect and a render house, because there is no hand-over. The designed projects are on mcstudiosx.com.
How fast can you deliver?
The Shahrukhz II trailer went from model to finished film in one week: more than 120 stills and 50 animated sequences. That pace works when the 3D model is clean and decisions come quickly. If the design is still moving, plan for longer. See it
Which regions do you work in?
The studio is in London and works remotely with developers in Dubai and India. Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Abu Dhabi and Miami are all within reach, with calls in Gulf hours.
Resorts, luxury hotels, restaurants and events
Can you show a resort, a luxury hotel or a restaurant before it opens?
Yes, and not as an empty render. We show the places lived in: guests arriving, the light at dinner, the pool at dusk, the brand's own objects, linen and details in place. A sophisticated life inside the architecture, with a realism conventional CGI cannot reach, delivered fast and at the highest finish.
Do you design the spaces as well as visualise them?
Yes. [MC] Studios designs resorts, luxury hotels, restaurants, venues and interiors, and when commissioned we make our own CGI and films of our designs, so what the client sees is what we drew.
Can you visualise a venue or an event before it is built?
Yes. A short film or a set of stills of the stage, the room and the light, made from your drawings or moodboard, so the client can feel the space before the build.
